She has now taken aim at another lover, True, who has already posted semi-naked photos of him and Chyna in bed.
A letter written to True by Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom, seen by TMZ, states: 'Posting online or distributing photos of Ms White's [Chyna's] intimate body parts is a crime punishable by fines and jail time.'Bloom even referenced California's revenge porn law which prohibits the intentional distribution of 'non-consensual pornography', and is punishable with up to six months in jail.
And this is a person that I trusted.'Blac Chyna and lawyer Lisa Bloom revealed to ABC News that they plan to go after Kardashian with the full extent of the law and are seeking a restraining order as they pursue revenge porn charges against the millionaire reality star.
When asked to respond to claims that she had just used her ex and his family for fame and fortune, a calm and collected Blac Chyna responded: 'I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians.'Kardashian meanwhile reportedly has text messages in which Blac Chyna tells a friend explicitly that her ex would never hit her.
She was also asked about claims that she liked some of the photos Kardashian posted of her on Instagram, and responded by saying that she has her ex blocked on the social media platform and would not even be able to perform that action.
TMZ reported that recently Kardashian has been caring for Dream four days a week and Chyna has her for three.
Blac Chyna, flanked by her attorney Lisa Bloom and co-counsel Walter Mosley, spoke outside the court saying: 'This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I'm just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream.'Civil rights attorney Bloom, said of the court hearing: 'I am please to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory, the judge gave us everything we asked for which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbullying, restraining him posting anything about her online of a personal nature including photos and videos.'She added: 'As we have said all along revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse, it is also a crime in California and 38 other states and it is a civil wrong.' Kardashian's attorney Robert Shapiro also spoke outside the court after the hearing on Monday, saying: 'We had a brief appearance in court, we agreed to stipulate to the temporary restraining order and all the conditions..primary concern going forward is the health and welfare of the baby and we are going to work towards that goal.'I personally on behalf of Rob Kardashian apologized and offered our regrets on what has taken place in the last couple of days.'He added that Rob and his legal team is 'moving forward' to focus on 'one thing and one thing only, whatever is in the best interests of the child.' Both Kardashian and his ex are being accused of assaulting one another over the course of their brief but tumultuous relationship.
This 'vicious' behavior is another reason Blac Chyna claims she is 'more afraid than ever' to be around her ex.
